Estimated Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Packing is usually completed first, then the normal delivery timeline starts.
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: 1-2 business days after packing
- Outside Kathmandu (Tier 1 cities): 2-4 business days after packing
- Remote or Tier 2-3 areas: 4-7 business days after packing
Delivery delays may occur during strikes, natural disasters, holidays, or due to logistical issues.

- No cash on delivery is available.

Fast Delivery Option
You may book your parcel with inDrive, Yango, or Pathao rider for faster delivery. Product price must be fully paid first, and the rider delivery charge must be paid from your side.
